Graduating Global Citizenship students at Bath Spa University were presented with their certificates on the Vice Chancellor’s terrace on a gloriously sunny day in June 2015. The Certificate requires students to complete an international placement of at least three weeks in duration that can include a semester or full-year of study abroad through the Erasmus programme or the University’s international partners during your second year of study or international work experience placement arranged by the student, related to their degree and/or future plans. Seven students on the programme so far have engaged with GALA partners, including four students who are attending the Summer School at Beijing Foreign Studies University through Adelaide University and three Students who are attending the CUC GALA Summer School in July 2015.
