Royal Commonwealth Society – Mayor’s Parlour Visit and Global Citizens’ Lecture

On January 16th, Trustees of the Royal Commonwealth Society, Bath, and Commonwealth students, visited the Mayor’s Parlour at the Bath Guildhall. The Trustees include Dr Alan Howe, formerly of the School of Education, and Professor John Strachan, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research and Enterprise. The Chair of the Trustees, Godfrey Hall, standing to the right of Mayor Dine Romero, has sponsored several African initiatives in the School of Education and also funds the Hall Commonwealth Scholarship at Bath Spa University. 

 

On 5th March, Godfrey is giving a Global Citizenship lecture at Bath Spa as part of the Global Citizenship lecture series. His talk, at 6pm in Commons G23/24, is called ‘My Life and the Royal Commonwealth Society’.
